PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

License Agreement

• Customer is granted an exclusive license to use this licensed copy on a SINGLE computer or computer workstation for a period of 365-days from date of shipment. EACH computer or computer workstation must have its own licensed copy of the software.

Copy Restrictions

• Customer may make a backup copy of the software for archival purposes only. No more than one (1) copy may be in existence at any one time. Each copy shall include in readable format any and all confidential, proprietary and copyright notices or marking contained on the original provided by LottoRocket Software.

Copyright Protection

• International copyright laws, and other proprietary rights of LottoRocket Software protect the licensed software.

Limited Warranty

• LottoRocket hereby warrants that, for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment to the customer, the licensed software shall materially conform to the performance defined in the pertinent documentation relating thereto (should your computer be powerful enough; see help menu, guides and computer-aided instructions).

• LottoRocket does not warrant that the operation of the licensed software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for failure of the licensed software to materially conform to the performance defined in the pertinent documentation is for customer to return the licensed software to LottoRocket Software and notify LottoRocket Software in writing of such non-conformity within seven (7) days of delivery to customer.

• LottoRocket Software's sole obligation shall be, at their option, upon inspection of the licensed software, to within a reasonable time, determine whether the licensed software has been tampered with in a manner, which would have violated the licensed software agreement.

• In such case, LottoRocket Software will terminate the software agreement and notify the customer of such in writing within sixty (60) days. If the licensed software is defective, LottoRocket Software will provide the customer with another copy of the licensed software, and the warranty period will begin upon shipment of the replaced licensed software to the customer.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

• The Express limited warranty set forth above is in lieu of any other express warranties. The implied warranty of merchantability is limited to the duration of the express limited warranty. LottoRocket Software
  disclaims any implied warranty, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and, for periods after expiration of the express limited warranty, of merchantability.

• The developers of LottoRocket further disclaims all warranties and representations made by persons other than LottoRocket Software including, but not limited to, distributors of LottoRocket Software.
